All orders are shipped quickly, most times within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. We make every effort to describe all products accurately. However, manufacturers sometimes make minor changes. In that case, we may have to substitute an item of equal or greater value. With regard to flowers and chocolate dipped strawberries, prices are set and cannot be discounted. Gift items require a physical location and will not be shipped to P.O. Box Addresses. No shipments outside of the contiguous U.S..
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
If you order does not qualify flat rate shipping, the rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment,
We will print and ship your pictures to your loved one in a correctional facility on a 4×6 print. Each pictures costs $0.50.
Step 1: Your loved ones send a payment via paypal to email@example.com. Along with the payment must be a message with the following information:
- Your Din Number
- Full Name
- Address of the Facility
- And the amount of pictures they are paying for.
Step 2: Once your loved ones receive the paypal confirmation that payment was accepted. Your loved one then emails the photos to firstname.lastname@example.org including a copy of the paypal receipt. Your images will then be printed and sent to the correctional facility of choice.
We are not responsible for pictures that are held by the facility for indecent exposure etc. No refunds will be issued once images are printed.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it determined by your tracking number and delivery confirmation. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you must provide a copy the receipt or proof of purchase in the return package. Refunds on sale items will have a10% processing fee deducted from the refund. Be sure to read “How to Return Your Item” below for instructions
Items Not Eligible
- Food items are neither returnable nor eligible for refunds.
- Any items purchased at clearance sale cannot be returned.
How To Return Your Item
Customer must first contact S&S Gifts LLC One Stop at email@example.com to request a return. NO RETURNS WITHOUT PROIR CONFIRMATION WILL BE ACCEPTED. Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your return has been approved. Return the item(s) in their original packaging and in original condition. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice, a copy of the return confirmation email from S&S Gifts LLC One Stop along with a statement of why you are returning the item(s).

Customer must attached copy of invoice & the reason for returning the item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within the time required by your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We do not issue return shipping labels.
